CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul

Everything was perfect - location, room, staff, check-in, food tea/coffee, service, VIEW!!! Concierge Cem is fantastic, all people at the check in are fast, friendly and efficient. Executive room has the best view. Great stay as always!

The hotel is located close to Taksim Square which is convenient but far enough away from the crowds that flock to the area each night. From the moment we were greeted at the car to escort us to the lobby to when we checked out the staff interactions were highly professional and friendly. Our Bosphorus View Balcony room was beautiful and comfortable - perfect having spent 6 days at the start of our trip exploring Instanbul and on returning to the city we could enjoy the room and the other hotel features like the hammam in luxury with no tourist sightseeing pressures.

The breakfast was amazing! So many items, different hot options every day, delicious and great service. The location is just a 5 minutes walk to Taksim square and Istikal street, but if you want to take the tram to Sultanahmet you have to walk down very step steps. Coming back up was terrible until we discover the F1 ride up the hill from the tram stop. The suite we had was large with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, which was perfect for our family of 5 (got a roll away bed that was very comfortable.) Only issue is we could hear our neighbors and people out in the hallway, but it was mostly quiet enough. The staff were excellent at responding to messages online and very accommodating with requests. We would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was great . We were upgraded to a Suite which was just perfect , the location was superb , the lady at the reception was very kind. All good

I really enjoyed staying here. The view from our residence was absolutely beautiful and serene. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Yusuf and Suden, in the executive lounge on floor 9. Yusuf was always so welcoming to us all, and he was so lovely with my baby. I can't recommend Yusuf enough. He is an asset for CVK. Breakfast was excellent - there was a large variety of food available from Turkish cuisine to English- pancakes to shakshuka. The chefs kindly also made different food for my children to suit their needs. Abraham (restaurant manager for the entire hotel) is an absolutely gem. He was so kind and charming and went way and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was so efficient and cheerful, it was a delight to see him every day. I feel like the pictures undersold the hotel, so we were pleasantly surprised as to how spacious the rooms were and how big the terrace was. It's a lovely place, and we will definitely book it again God Willingly.
